Nice shot. Its these kinds of pictures that always remind me of the Netherlands Supreme Court's jetblast judgement of a few years ago on airport liability for jetblast injuries sustained at Juliana. Its a warning to all spotters; don't stand to close to those gates when a plane like that A340 is about to take off.

I've been to St. Maarten several times, it's an amazing island and the approach to the runway is just as amazing. For a first time visitor it could be heart stopping moment. I just love this picture.

I have to go to the Netherlands Antilles, for two reasons, and one are these incredible approaches into the airport, Its a great picture in that you can literally almost touch it
