F-GLZS (cn 310) Last summer was a big season for Air France at LAX. With up to 5 opportunities to catch an AF aircraft any given day, the carrier's presence in LA yielded plenty of photo opportunities for spotters. On this day, the A340-300 pictured here arriving from Papeete was AF number 3 of 5, only to be followed by a third CDG arrival and the evening LHR arrival. With the Heathrow service axed and effects of global recession, it's unlikely spotters will be treated to such a phenomenon again soon. [Canon 40D]
