The triangular signs say "US Einheiten" which means "US units".

Like the computer with the nav charts, its consistent with the Airbus flight deck. Light is well balanced, captures data from the glass screens and background ideally. Paperless flight deck- cellphone included!

Considering it's indeed a paperless cockpit, what's the F/O doing weith his pen ? is he writing on the palm of his hand or what?
Gentlemen, let's face it. There is no such thing as a paperless cockpit, just as we will never see a paperless office.
