That is the RAM air intake-If there is pressurization or enviro problems they can open the RAM air to feed the packs to the cabin and cockpit.

Actually, the RAM Air Turbine is in the front nose of the aircraft AC Left. The rectangular orifice is actually the APU intake for supplemental power, and power on the ground without a GPU connection. In addition it is tied to the AC Pack system.

That would be the APU outlet you can make out where the ADG comes out by looking at the little red arrow on the nose
