A visitor from United States posted Wed October 14, 2009:Ugly airplane and it look like american airlines!
A visitor from Ireland posted Tue October 13, 2009:A bit AA looking to me . but if the plane was a once of and had a good polish it would look great
A visitor from - posted Sun November 9, 2008:It's so... ugly! ahaha i don't know why but it reminds me AA xD ... nice pic though
A visitor from United States posted Wed July 4, 2007:I like the photo, but I agree the bare metal is ugly. Reminds me of a want to be American Airlines bird.
A visitor from Finland posted Sun July 23, 2006:Was this a money- saving thing? Intersting...
A visitor from Canada posted Sat January 14, 2006:I think it would look better if they kept the old colors on it, and polish it a little more. that greenish color does not fit with bare metal!
A visitor from United States posted Mon December 19, 2005:I don't think it's that bad, but I wonder how it'll work in PR terms? Will the public admire AC's honesty in saying that it's just to save money, or will they think "are that desperate to save money?" and wonder what else they might be cutting back on?
A visitor from Canada posted Fri December 16, 2005:??? No, don't do that!
A visitor from Switzerland posted Thu December 15, 2005:Point is: We are all spoiled with glamourous color schemes. Indeed, beautyful colors, make you want to fly with that airine. Now guys, so many critics for nothing. look back in the 40`s, 50`s and 60`s even worse the 70`s with awful Braniff birds in vibrant colors. This one here looks cool and besides, Star Alliance partners seem to be in a very dificult aera.
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Thu December 15, 2005:What is this???
A visitor from Canada posted Tue December 13, 2005:If its cheaper go with it!
A visitor from United States posted Tue December 13, 2005:When I first saw this photo, thought I was looking at something from the 60s, but I do agree... needs paint. I think American Airlines had the best retro look so far to date.
A visitor from Germany posted Tue December 13, 2005:This livery hurts my eys. It looks old and dirty, but AC ist not old and dirty. So they should change their livery.
A visitor from Australia posted Tue December 13, 2005:That plane just looks dirty
A visitor from United States posted Tue December 13, 2005:Nice photo of an UGLY plane. What are they trying to be? Canada's answer to Eastern Airlines? :)
A visitor from Canada posted Tue December 13, 2005:They stripped the aircraft off hundreds of pounds of paint in order to save weight. Its actually a desperate attempt to prevent bankrupsy. hahaha desperate measures mean desperate times.
A visitor from United States posted Tue December 13, 2005:If it was new, it would look okay. Maybe they should try that scheme on their new 777.s. That would probably look alright
A visitor from United States posted Tue December 13, 2005:With all respect to AIR CANADA management, who ever approve this scheme should get fired or transferred. Do you call this RETRO!!!!
A visitor from United States posted Tue December 13, 2005:Just as unaestheticly pleasing as before, add some paint Air Canada!!
A visitor from United States posted Mon December 12, 2005:What is this plane from - the 40's??? What is the deal? I just don't understand AC.
A visitor from Germany posted Mon December 12, 2005:The shot is good, but the aircraft colour sheme is horrible!!!!! if i would be the pilot and should fly it, i'd maybe look for another airline..... Nice evening to all from germany
A visitor from Canada posted Mon December 12, 2005:Wonderful shot of the 767. The 200s were first introduced by AC about 20 years ago now. (That plane isn't so new!)It is lacking paint because AC is redoing their colour scheme, and I guess this bird escaped from the hanger before it could be finished. For a better feel of the new scheme, look for the AC Embraer 175/190s. Can't wait until they get the new 777s. Cheers from Montreal!
A visitor from United States posted Mon December 12, 2005:Looks like a soup can with the label torn off ... they've definitely done bare aluminum the "wrong" way.
A visitor from Brazil posted Mon December 12, 2005:This no-paint scheme may scare people who are afraid of flying: it makes the aircraft look old and dirty.
A visitor from Korea, Republic Of posted Mon December 12, 2005:Holy Christ...!! Is that a new aircraft??? Horroble..!! I think this is not a good scene...
A visitor from Australia posted Mon December 12, 2005:Good photo, shame the plane looks like it belongs in a 1950's spy movie over the soviet union
A visitor from Iran, Islamic Republic Of posted Mon December 12, 2005:I hope they are going to give sunglasses before boarding this plane!!! But is it really going to be more economical?
A visitor from Sweden posted Mon December 12, 2005:I think its extreamly beautifull, I only wish the engines were the same colour.
A visitor from Canada posted Mon December 12, 2005:I second that first comment. It's terrible.
A visitor from United States posted Mon December 12, 2005:Very cheap.
A visitor from Canada posted Sun December 11, 2005:It doesn't look finished!
A visitor from Canada posted Sun December 11, 2005:I really Hope they don't go forward with this idea.
