Great design and perfect match of colours... This beige interior really brings out elegance to the cabin along with the red carpet... I have to say that i much prefer a cabin like that which is spacious and where you are not isolated in your "2m by 1m" cubical... So convenient to travel with light in the cabin and relaxing at the same time. Well done AF, great job!!!

It somehow reminds me the concorde interior, but this one doesn't like me.

A visitor from Sweden posted Fri November 20, 2009:
That beige is a rather boring and depressing colour. I wonder why so many airlines go for a brown/beige colour scheme in the more expensive classes.
(At least the floor is red!)
What are the seat covers like? Fabric or leather? (The headrests appear to be leather.)
And yes, when you compare Singapore's suites to this, it looks rather poor.

My little dream......

A visitor from Australia posted Mon November 9, 2009:
All the other A380 customers so far have used this plane to innovate and create a new passenger experience, air france has just used their old product. disappointed

Well nice cabin.Good texture.AF is great

A visitor from United States posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Indeed, I think the minimalism is part of AF's design philosophy here. The bells and whistles are there, just neatly hidden away until needed. It makes for a much more relaxing journey, if you think about it.

A visitor from United States posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Oh its not worth it if its first class!!! AF has done a poor job on their A380

A visitor from United States posted Sun November 8, 2009:
First Class, really? Most Business Class products are superior to this. AF should be ashamed.

A visitor from - posted Sun November 8, 2009:
This looks like business class, not first class.

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun November 8, 2009:
This is not First Class for an A380!

A visitor from Lebanon posted Sun November 8, 2009:
I don't think this photo does them any justice. I assume that there are many hidden features. More features should show in future photos. I still love Air France.

A visitor from Netherlands posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Economy class from Emirates looks better than the first class from Air France it looks really cheap.

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Very nice! Looks like great seats. There's no need to have an own appartment aboard just because it's first class. I'd love to fly on this plane in the future!

A visitor from Canada posted Sun November 8, 2009:
I too, was appalled by AF's lack of efforts to upgrade their first class, especially on their new flag ship. I wasn't expecting them to simply put their first class on B773ER onto A380. Come on, Air France! What happened to the innovation?

A visitor from South Africa posted Sun November 8, 2009:
This is first class? Sad.

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Excellent photo. But why do they call that First Class? Compared to Emirates an Singapore Air it looks really poor and not at all worth the price.

A visitor from - posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Nice cabin - I like the colors and textures - very classy. BUT, it isn't a step ahead vs. the 777-300 F cabins from AF I've seen before. And look how close that galley is to the A seat on the left side - seems like you'd want more isolation from light and noise for those prices.

A visitor from France posted Sun November 8, 2009:
Nice picture.. though, a bit dissapointed to find out that it is AF's First Class!!! I thought it was their business class. Unfortunately, AF's 1st is the equivalent of others carrier's J configurations (Etihad, Emirates and Oman Air) We were expecting much more than that!!!
