VT-AIM (cn 25074/862) One of nice thing about late fall and early winter is the beautiful sunsets associated with this time of year here in the northern hemisphere. Add to that crystal clear weather and a stunning backdrop, such as the mountains in the shot above, and you have something magical. Here we see one of my favorites airlines holding short of 25R for departing traffic, with the old tower in the background that served the airport from 1960 to 1996. Local time is now 16:23, with sunset occurring at 16:45.
