I sort of force myself to like the new livery & then I come across photos like this which have the AI old livery in all its splendour. I absolutely love it. I think the old AI livery was a masterpiece & hence anything else is always going to fall short.
Nice Pic, I Love Air India.
DL used to have a ATL-BOM service until 2007.
Great pic! but what is a DL tail doing at BOM in broad day light?
Good job vivek! very nice photograph...I would agree with the comment above regarding the livery...as iconic as this one may have been I always thought they over did it with the art work on the fuselage. The current AI livery is far more impressive in my opinion.
Very real picture... I can almost feel the heat and humidity of Mumbai. Anyone who has been to Mumbai, will remember the wall of heat and humidity that you run in to when you get out of the airport. The picture is so real, I can feel that wall.
It never ceases to amaze me that the huge beast of a plane is controlled by that tiny insignificant little man sitting at the front of it.
The picture is very clear and the aircraft looks realy great
Beautiful...one of the few airlines to retain the colour scheme.
Excellent Shot Vivek!!! You got a cracker of a shot again! Good job ! BOM is emerging as a good contender on a.net now thanks to all the VABB spotters!
Great shot! i never quite liked their livery tho!
This is a great photo because is shows the rich half of the world who can afford to fly all over the globe and the other half, still living in tin huts.
