A visitor from - posted Thu July 26, 2007: A very crisp and beautiful photo of the Boeing 777-200LR. Hopefully, this livery will mark a revoloutionary change in Air India's service. Personally, this livery is ok, but not great; it's better than the ugly new Delta livery, however, it is not as good as the "old" new livery introduced in March.
A visitor from India posted Fri July 20, 2007: The new color scheme is good. But the palace windows style, which made AI planes unique accross the world, should have been retained. Also, the fin should not have anything written on it. It should have only the saranatha-chakra, like in present Indian Airlines. The letters Air-India, in english and Hindi, should be on the fugelage only.
A visitor from India posted Wed July 18, 2007: Well, I guess Air India decided to go with a love-me-or-hate-me livery. Very mixed opinions that people have. New livery yes, but will it really be a new beginning? I guess we have to wait and see....
A visitor from - posted Fri July 13, 2007: An excellent crisp photo of the beatiful AI Boeing 777. Personally, I liked the classic look of the old livery and the old-new livery, which AI introduced a few months back, but the new livery is still pretty nice!
