5T-CJT (cn 62) We were lucky enough to get three of the Mauritanian Fairchilds through Southend for maintenance. This aircraft, of 1959 vintage, initially served the colourful Bonanza Air Lines (which had a fleet of 11 of the type) as N148L then N748L, being sold on in 7.74 by Hughes Airwest via IAL to Mauritania. She returned to the US in 12.83 and two years later found her way to Aerocozumel in Mexico, taking up the reg XA-NAP formerly used on a Comet 4. Wfu at Cozumel early '90s
