JA8769 (cn 2138) Is preparing for departure to Fukuoka. The first officer is walking around the aircraft just to make sure everything looks fine. Tsushima is located between Kyusyu Island and Korean Peninsula. Those famous white-gloved Japanese pilots wear them only exclusively while they are in command :) When you have a chance to visit Japan, you will see many engine drivers as well as bus drivers wear white gloves while on duty. I might say those are a kind of the symbol of public transportation.
