An airport very interessant has to discover.
1400 meters's runway for MD80's take off.....!!!!

I used to catch the boat at Endaye just to cross to the other side (Spain) and then stand for hours on the small path on the right just watching the planes land and departing (MD80 leaving full power is quite a sight and hearing experience ;-)

Very nice pic indeed... Congrats.
Obs.: Take off rwy 22 via backtrack, which is the paved extension right next to rwy number. This is very common in a few airports which don't have taxiway.

If the aircraft takes off from rwy 22 it taxi into position via the rwy.

Great picture!! I love that basque background with the runway in the middle. I guess it´s possible to beat St. Maarten as a spotting place if we could rent a boat :-)
