Is that a new livery? rendering the company name twice (one on the fuselage and the cursive ones we know on the tail) seems redundant though

The 737 and A320 will still be pretty easy to tell apart. From the nose to the way the vertical stab attaches to the fuselage on the 737 to the flattened engines to even the shape of the winglet(or sharklet), I don't think they're that alike.
However, yeah it does look the the sharklets make the A320 look smaller, but that might be more to do with the busy Air Asia livery though

I DO think they're pretty much alike, 'Sharklets' and 737 (or well, Aviation Partners Boeing-as also seen on 757, 767) winglets. Sure there will be differences, but just look at it; you're nitpicking to me if you say this is something new. Honestly I think in Seattle they are giggling, and in Toulouse they (should) feel a bit embarassed with their wingfences...
