Awesome shot indeed! One can surely be impressed with a squadron of these beasts flying through the skies. But in the end nothing beats the Earth! Look at the size of those clouds in the background, they're huge! Mankind is just a little speck in the universe.

OH...#$%@! that is the bomb...what a cool shot......great picture...This is the first time I have seen so many A380's together..and to top it all in formation. I thought there were only 2 in existence, this is why I was blown away when I saw this.....
definitely the new king of the sky....no question about it!!!

A visitor from Netherlands posted Thu August 31, 2006:
Imagine what a size when you take in mind that this are 4 airplanes able to carry over 800 pleople each!
I calculated that about 200.000 people whould fit in this photo.

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Thu August 31, 2006:
Amazing line-up.

What will happen to these 4 aircraft once the testing and certification is complete? Will one/two/all of the aircraft become the first passenger-carrying A380s sold or will they be retained as further test/museum items?

A visitor from United States posted Thu August 31, 2006:
What a historic moment!

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Thu August 31, 2006:
It is great to see four a380s flying together, it revives faith in this great aircraft which has been having a rather poor press since it's maiden flight.

A visitor from Philippines posted Thu August 31, 2006:
Wow 4 A380s at once must have been very loud

A visitor from Sweden posted Thu August 31, 2006:
Airbus showing that the A380 is for sure alive and kicking.
Looks just like an WWII bomber formation with the intention to scare opponents. I whis they could make an flyby like this over seattle :P

A visitor from France posted Thu August 31, 2006:
The future of flight before my eyes! Magnificient pic!

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Thu August 31, 2006:

A visitor from France posted Thu August 31, 2006:

A visitor from United Kingdom posted Thu August 31, 2006:
Must have been LOUD!

A visitor from France posted Thu August 31, 2006:
I was walking outside, when I heared a impressive noise. An A380 again ? No ! 4 A380s together, and in formation !
Wonderful picture, well taken. Only sound is missing ;)

A visitor from Germany posted Wed August 30, 2006:
It looks so great. The best formation ever. Thanks Airbus for this event.
