A visitor from Netherlands posted Fri November 25, 2011: Great, unique capture. But can someone explain what the difference is between the top and bottom halfs of the rudder? In other photos (i.e. #2018145) you can see that the top half of the rudder moves, while the bottom is fixed. In this picture it's the other way around. What's the difference?
