Wow, it's not worth the VC-10 equipped with the RB-211 or MD-80 with GE propfan, but it's still cool as 'tunning'.

Cool! But is it me or they look smaller than the A380's ones? Shouldn't they have a larger fan diameter?

The TXWBs are about 5 inches bigger than the T900s, i think. But I'm guessing because it's inboard and 5 inches really isn't that noticeable, they look the same size or smaller.

The Trent XWB looks about the same. In comparism, the 747 is to 777 as the A380 is to A350

The XWB engine is actually 2 inches bigger. And you can't see any difference in size when you're as close to the engine as possible.
