A visitor from United States posted Tue October 17, 2006:This is perhaps the most beautiful livery ever applied to a B747, its like thc classic liners of the '30s.
A visitor from India posted Sun October 15, 2006:This is a one PLANE tht i want to fly and the picture is verrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy good
A visitor from France posted Sun October 15, 2006:A striped paint B747 fuselage saves several hundred pounds of weight that could be use as extra payload. Paint is quite heavy and it is estimated that keeping an extra 2 lbs of paint on a B747 increase operations costs by as much as $1000 / year! No wonder why more and more airlines use "silver bullets" in their cargo fleet. And Boeing is studying how they could save weight the same way on their future Dreamliner engines.

A visitor from United States posted Sat October 14, 2006:Oh, yuck. I mean, it's a great picture. But an atrocious livery. I'd prefer to continue to look down on the bare-metal look as this north-Texas thing.
