Just love the sense of open space with the appearance of sky and the seats looking so space craft. don't think one would feel enclosed clean and crisp photo.

A real interior of the 787 and 2-4-2 is a good thing, but The A330 does better already and the A350 is gone win over the 787 by pax prefer

A lot of seats and in the other hand there isn't place to move !

This a fabulous! A great modern look that surpasses everything I've seen so far. Love the e-shades as well. Airbus can only dream. This is beauty!

Just wait until you see one of these 787's with 3-3-3 instead. That's scary tight spacing but not like we haven't seen a 777 with 3-4-3 seating.

Looks good so far. Can't wait for United to start taking delivery. To the poster of the comment on the crew controlling the e-shades; they don't. There is an electronic dimmer switch at each window for the passenger to control and you can still look outside even at full tint yet it blocks all of the bright light from coming in, it is kind of weird but pretty cool.

Loved the modern look of this cabin, besides looking spacious and comfortable.
Hope they don’t change this almost 2x2x2x2 configuration as it makes economy class a bit more “private”.
E-shades are a plus to this beauty...

A visitor from United States posted Sat October 15, 2011:
What happened to the spacious interior? Not a dreamliner, but more of a 767-300. Hope first class is better, and hope United does a little better than this...

A visitor from United States posted Sat October 15, 2011:
Good capture, but the interior is a bit cold and clinical. I prefer the A330 interior on e.g. AF - seems just as modern but feels warmer and more accommodating.

I can't stand the idea of e-shades! Sometimes simple is better.

A visitor from - posted Sat October 15, 2011:
E-shades are bad news for us A-mutters. You may lose control of the scene at the window seat. It remains interesting to see how the crew controls the shades, just hope they are not too heavy-handed.

Very exciting shot. Cant wait to fly on one of these beauties. To the first poster, you know the airlines choose the interiors right??????

Cool ! !!

Nice space in the middle of the 4 seats! Makes a big difference!

Not a dream interior

A visitor from - posted Fri October 14, 2011:
Wow. Those e-shades work well. If it wasn't for that one un-dimmed window, I'd be convinced that this was shot at night-time.

On another note, the cabin looks so spacious even with 2-4-2. Almost like an IL-96!

A visitor from Finland posted Fri October 14, 2011:
Looks like Airbus-style seating 2+4+2, prefer that, but rather plastic look otherwise.
