A visitor from United States posted Fri March 17, 2006: The mid-span and inboard leading edge flaps automatically retract whenever the reversers are deployed (boeing design). As soon as the reversers are stowed those leading edge flaps drop down again.

A visitor from Singapore posted Fri March 17, 2006: A nice action shot showing the reversers being applied. She's a pretty worn looking lady. Does anyone have any idea as to why only the outboard leading edge flaps are extended? Both the mid-span and inboard leading edge flaps remain retracted even though it looks like Flaps 25 or 30 has been selected.
