N288AT / 288 (cn 18943/203) Seen over the numbers landing runway 25L. First flight was November 24, 1965. Delivery date was December 2, 1965. Other serials - N156FN with American Trans Air, N473US with Northwest Orient and Northwest Airlines, OB-1601 with Aero Continente, N3606 with National Airlines and Pan Am, and also OB-1601-P with Aero Continente and IALI - International Air Leases Incorporated. Stored. United 747-422 in back started LAX-SYD-LAX service recently, replacing their 747SP-21.
