Ah - low approach SXM shot :-) Finally! ;-)

I'm wondering why the pilots don't dare to approach the runway with the gear about one yard over the fence...:-) It's maybe lower than the 747 from 2001, but it would be NIIIICE for the photographers. This photo is very good, stay longer there, Jid! :-)

Timing was the key in this shot. The white car and the "Belly Gazers" (That would be "Aircraft Belly Gazers") presents a great perspective.

Excellent capture of the aircraft! The details on it look sharp as glass. From looking at the windsock, it looks as though the pilots were fighting a pretty stiff wind.

Always great to see these "classic" SXM approaches; this is a particularly good one.

The entire plane is in the photo and it is a great view for a comparison of size with the people and car passing by.

Look at the wheels and the shadow of the tail, it almost hit to somebody. I'm rather be the one. If this plane is 747 400 series, I almost die.

Hey Jid, you're one lucky dude to witness an approach this low. This must surely rank as one of THE lowest airliner approaches of all time anywhere in the world.
A picture tells a thousand words, so there's no need to elaborate further.
I rate this shot, not five-stars, but five diamonds!
