I didn't realise it is such a large difference between 737 and 777 in size, as the photo shows. [Nikon D2x]

Nice pic. The angle of it does make the 737 look smaller, it is really about 55% of the 777s size... I like the slight blur!

Great size comparison between the two aircraft. Try being in a CRJ and then going past a 777 or 744.

WOW! Even after flying this beautiful bird many times, this shot really shows the sheer size of this amazing machine.

I really like the way you took 2-3 pictures while the 737 was waiting for clearance,

you can really see the similarity in size of the 777's engine and the 737's fuselage

Awesome shot, the wings look heavily laden and that 737 looks tiny!

What a great photo to visualize just how massive the new 777 is.

Very nice. it's been said the the diameter of a GE90 is about the same as the 737 fuse. crazy!

Actually the GE90-115 is 3.45 meters wide, and the fuselage of the 737 is 3.7m wide. only 25cm (10 inches) larger. that's one heck of an engine. nice comparison photo

The 777 looks like a great white shark while the 737 is a little anchovy swimming next to it.

Some great facts here about the GE-90 engine. Yup great engine... however we are NOT seeing one here, American has ordered 54 777-200ER's as of 2011, all powered by the ROLLS ROYCE Trent 800. And no, at a dimaeter of 2.79 meters (fan or cowling?) it is impressive but not nearly as big as the GE or for that matter a 737's fuselage, and that's visible here too, no need for exaggeration.
