Can someone tell me what the "TULSA II" decal next to American on the fuselage means?

My guess is that it has something to do with the maintiance facility in Tulsa Oklahamo where most do their MD-80 aircraft are maintained

Tulsa II would refer to the fact that this is the second AA plane to be dubbed "Tulsa", as there is a first one also in the fleet acting as a tribute to there massive maintenance facility there.
