Aircraft: N566AA (M83). Route: ORD-BDL. 73 Passengers, 5 Crew Members (1 injury). While landing too low in rain, plane sheared off treetops along ridge, causing engines to shut down. Plane "ballooned" upwards, clipped a tree and ILS antenna.
