Remark Photographer
NC15165 (cn 9125) Manufactured 1936. This Stinson Trimotor was initially operated by American Airways before being sold to Lavery Airways, Fairbanks, Alaska in 1938. In the original American Airline colors she flew in. Low landing speeds coupled with high cruising speeds made the Stinson A an ideal airliner/cargo aircraft for Alaska's vast expanse and rough landing strips. In beautiful condition and with one of most beautiful color schemes. Hopefully, American will do a retro jet in this scheme one day.
