Arriving from Zhengding, not all of the many wheels have touched down yet.

I was with my junior football team in Dukinfield under the glidepath when this monster dropped out of the clouds and here it is landing on the day.

I must sound like the conspirators that said the 747 would never fly, but that thing looks like it is tipping over, not actually flying (or flaring for that matter).

The BIGGEST fixed wing plane in the world. Bigger than the A380 or the Dreamlifter.

This is kind of off subject, but imagine how difficult it is to balance the load of this beast? Hats off to the loaders and workers servicing these amazing aircraft and btw GREAT shot! 5 stars.

Fantastic plane and a great shot at just the right moment! I believe I MIGHT have seen the plane whilst it was stationary at Farnborough in the very early 90's, there were a lot of people parked up in cars to get a look of it over the fence, there were fighter jets (maybe Migs?) flanking it as if they were defending it.

If American or European planes can't carry it.....call up the Russians! (Well, Ukrainians to be specific but who cares?) Wonderful plane!
