A visitor from Argentina posted Tue July 24, 2007:One of the best COIN aircraft ever built. Ask any british pilot who have faught in the Malvinas / Falklanda war. Those Turbomeca Astozau Turboprops are incredible engines and the control of the aircraft is amazing. I have heard froma a British pilot that he was reaally impresed by the strength of the airframe and the guts of he pilot after he was hit several times with a round of cannons. Good separation from the ground and; if you are able to at least intend to countrfight a Sea Harrier.....Men ...you are in the cockpit of a great aircraft. | |
