0172 / 5-T-22 (cn 9578) What a surprise to see this old Dc-3 stored here at Ushuaia, at the end of the world. After 40000 flying hours it was removed from service on July 28th 1979 and moved to this place in 1985. In 2004 restoration was finished just in time for the 50 years celebration of Aeroclub Ushuaia. The plane was named “Cabo de Hornos” (Cape Horn).
