A visitor from United States posted Thu November 26, 2009: On any day, I'd pick the A300, A320, A330... over B757, 767 737... But, when it comes to "the big gals" I think B747 puts the A380 in her pocket. Just my opinion.

A visitor from - posted Tue June 9, 2009: MUAH !!! (kiss) :) To a previous commentator I think the Boeing 747 , being more angular - looks 'muscular' , and therefore masculine, while the Airbus , being rounded, or smoother seems to have a feminine aesthetic.

A visitor from - posted Wed May 20, 2009: People can now stop the B747-A380 wars. Just look at them; they're doing the kiss-and-make-up! ;) Seriously, it's a really nice picture. So far, the 380 looks best with the Qantas theme. And to me, it's the 747 that looks masculine.

You can tell it is designed to carry an even larger load than the current design. This is the first photo I have seen with the two of them side by side. Thanks!

A visitor from - posted Tue April 28, 2009: The 380 is certainly impressive, but this shot beautifully shows how the 747 is timelessly elegant. It always strikes me that the 380 is rather stubby... Just too short for its height, and with a cockpit slightly too low so that the "forehead" is overdeveloped. Perhaps a stretched version will change the visual balance a bit.
