A22-019 (cn 1768) Delivered 02/10/84. RAAF SAR Flight, Darwin, NT. On its way back to Darwin after providing SAR cover during an exercise at RAAF Learmonth. Pilot was ex HS748 pilot of 34(VIP) Sqn, Richmond, NSW. Crew of 5, plus one goat (their mascot). They tied the goat to a fence whilst they ate lunch and I refuelled the aircraft. The goat bleated loudly until they returned. Note rescue winch above cabin door. Later served with ADF Helicopter School, Fairbairn,ACT. To Navy 723 Sqn Oct 2000. To N22-019, coded '819'.
