Remark Photographer
A84-207 / 207 (cn 7) An RAAF Canberra taxies in at Avalon Airfield after a flight demonstration in 1971. The display was at the Government Aircraft Factory (GAF) facility. This aircraft was delivered to the RAAF in Aug 1954, and was retired from service in Apr 1972. Now she is post-mounted at the Wanaka Toy Museum in New Zealand! (with fading paint and tip-tanks fitted). She is similar to 2 Sqn aircraft A84-231 and A84-228, lost/shot down in Vietnam in Nov 1970 and Mar 1971 resp. Rare low res photo. Apologies for low quality.
