Remark Photographer
A69-7213 / 97213 (cn 3871) Close cropped view of RAAF F-4E Phantom A69-7213 on static display, with weapons, at Laverton in 1971. The occasion was the RAAF 50th Anniversary Air Display, which also featured visiting foreign aircraft. This aircraft was Delivered to the RAAF in Sept 1970, and was returned to the USAF in October 1972. The use of Phantoms was a 'stop -gap' measure, while delivery of the RAAF's F-111Cs was delayed due to structural problems.
