Remark Photographer
A18-300 (cn 02) The second of two N-22 Nomad prototypes (VH-SUR). Obvious differences between this second prototype and production models are the undercarriage fairings/doors, and the cockpit glazing, VH-SUR was leased to the Army to become their first Nomad as A18-002 in July 1973, unfortunately crashing three months later. It was rebuilt by GAF, later returned to the Army as an instructional airframe marked as A18-300, and became the gate guard.
