Remark Photographer
N13-154906 / 885 (cn 13779) Rare photo of the Real RAN A-4G Skyhawk N13-154906 Code 885 (with a 'Buddy' Refuel Tank) following A-4G Code 882 (N13-154903) to the Nowra runway during a NAS Nowra Open Day in May 1980. The aircraft wears a two-tone grey camouflage paint scheme, which works well here. This aircraft crashed off HMAS Melbourne 200 km South-West of Colombo in October 1980, due to ship catapult failure. (Skyhawk Code 885 in the NAS Nowra Museum is an ex USN A-4B repainted to represent N13-154906.)
