N24-001 (cn 70-0461) Since I last photographed this helo in October 2007, it has been painted in this stunning 'Tiger' scheme for the 60th Anniversary of 816 Squadron, RAN Fleet Air Arm, in 2008. It's also sprouted an EO turret and various other EW lumps and bumps. Australia's first Seahawk made its first flight on 4 December 1987 carrying the Sikorsky flight test registration N7265H.
