RAAF Point Cook - This Phantom was presented to the Royal Australian Air Force Museum, Point Cook, from the USAF Museum. The RAAF used the Phantoms as part of "Peace Reef" while waiting for the delayed F-111. The RAAF operated this aircraft type from 1970 to 1973. This former USAF Phantom (67-0237) has been re-painted as 69-7208, one of the RAAF's 24 Phantoms operated by 1 & 6 SQN, Amberley in Queensland.
