CF-HPA (cn J-7) Foam-covered B.C. Airlines Grumman Mallard undergoes inspection by firemen at Vancouver International Airport after an emergency landing 1967. Plane was 100 feet off the ground when a passenger spotted engine fire. Pilot Jack Malischewski triggered fire extinguisher and turned back safely. Chemical foam smothered blaze.
