Remark Photographer
HB-IHV (cn 30564/798) After departing Zurich airport the aircraft had an engine surge, dumped about 20 tons of fuel somewhere between ZRH/DUS and made an overweight landing with flaps 25° at Dusseldorf (have a look under ID:182587). The engine was replaced within 12 hours and the flight continued to Varadero one day later. Note that 750kg fuel per minute are dumped! Shot uploaded by Florian Kondziela. Thanks again to Mr Baumgartner, the first officer, for allowing me to upload this shot! :)
