G-PATE (cn 24093/1727) Was wet-leased by Ansett (from UK charter operator Paramount Airlines) during the pilots dispute. The aircraft was used on a daily service from Melbourne to Cairns via Brisbane (hence the Queensland titles) and it also saw service to Adelaide and Hobart. nb. Paramount went into liquidation shortly after this aircraft left Australia in early 1990.
