I actually prefer the A340/A330 cabin over the 777 because of the 2-4-2 arrangement. That way, you are never more than one seat from the aisle! It's too bad that Airbus redesigned the A350 with a 9-abreast configuration... :-(

Great comparison and Boeing will always reign supreme in my mind - but the Airbus gang turn out some great aircraft too.
