A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun November 8, 2009:Mullion - just to clarify - this is actually taken from Ringway Road, which is perpendicular to Shadowmoss Road. A few of the houses right at the end of the terrace, near the approach lights, have been demolished over more recent years.
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sat November 7, 2009:This is the end of a row of houses on Shadow Moss Road, Wythenshawe. In the mid 1950's, I remember a Vickers Viscount coming down on what is probably that same roof! Mullion
A visitor from Denmark posted Wed July 29, 2009:Beautiful!
A visitor from - posted Wed April 8, 2009:I would not like to have that house when a jet is short especially an a380. great pic
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Fri March 27, 2009:Very nice pic, actually been on that road, planes come in very close to houses, and it is exceptionally loud, even as an aviation lover, wouldn't like to live in them, supposedly very cheap when they come up for sale for that reason. Just round the corner there are some really nice, BIG houses, with flash cars, don't know if they'd be as cheap even so close to the airport.
A visitor from - posted Mon September 22, 2008:Those engines look even bigger when looking the 777 from below. Great pic.

A visitor from Denmark posted Wed November 15, 2006:I have to agree with the other comments about the fantastic colours. My initial impression was so so but the more I look at the picture, the better I like it. What I don't understand, however, is why anyone would like to live in the path of a runway with noise and toxic jet fumes. Different folks, different strokes I guess.
A visitor from United Kingdom posted Thu September 28, 2006:I'd luv to have that house below!!!Simply the best photo i've!AMAZING1

A visitor from United States posted Tue April 18, 2006:I know where you have taken this picture. It is a road called Shadamoss Road and it is in the great flight path of manchester airport. if you lived here, you could sit and watch planes all day from your own back ground. Great stuff!!
