A view of the centre cabin looking forward of the British prototype Concorde with extensive test equipment on display. Making her maiden test flight on 09/04/1969 from Filton to Fairford by test pilot Brian Trubshaw, she pioneered supersonic passenger travel. She flew in to Yeovilton for preservation at the FAAM on 04/03/1976, opening to the public on 26/07/1976. She's powered by 4 Bristol Siddeley Olympus engines with reheat giving a range of 2205 miles (Canon 50D + Sigma 10-20 EX DG HSM, Speedlte 430EX)

Great photo! The caption is not entirely correct: the Concorde did not pioneer supersonic passenger travel as the Tu-144 was the first in the air on 31/12/1968.
