A visitor from Netherlands posted Tue April 30, 2013: I have to say it looks dull to me too. Very grey and seemingly plastic. But if the seats are comfy I could live with it, I would never hesitate to fly BA and certainly not Business class. One suggestion to BA: if only that ugly ugly very yellow light around the ceiling and walls would be changed to a whiter light or even blueish mood lighting the whole cabin would have a much better chance of looking stylish rather than like the 80's. All the above in my humble opinion of course!
