24 hours after overshooting runway 27L this BA Jet was brought back to the runway by a rescue team from Frankfurt. Look the Pilot taking pictures of his Jet nearly back on the runway.

Great clarity and it captures a very interesting and rare event. It is also neat to see all of the different equipment (tow, fire trucks, etc.) required to take the plane off the grass.

Ohh this ain't nothin,,I do this quite frequently,, Miss the runway,, at least once a day in my Jet !!!!! I still don't have my Pilots license either,, can't figure out why tho !!!

Hi there,i was crew on this flight and i can tell you it certainly wasnt "dodgy bacx flying pratices" at all!my colleagues did an excellent job,the weather conditions were awful,i have since flown on this aircraft and she is doing fine!

Hi! Thats not the pilot taking the photos its the engineer, I know because its me.
Total recovery time was nine hours
