Seen taxiing runway 9R for departure to MAN. First flight was October 6, 1988. Delivery date was October 25, 1988. Seen, in this photo 6 days before tragic W/O January 8, 1989 near Kegworth area. Left engine malfunctioned during climb on LHR-BFS route. Crew accidently shut down engine 2. Powerless aircaft hit ground 600m short of runway 27 - with 47 fatalities - r.i.p. May be only photo of Mike Echo on A.net.

Its a good plane, bad thing 47 people died due to engine error and pilot error.
