WOW! I thought that the Spits was the most beautiful plane I had ever seen but this does way beyond the spitfire.

Actually, the Design is French. Bugatti was a French Company (at the time); although Ettore was born in Italy, he had dual Citizenship (Italian & French), lived the main part of his adult Life in France and died in France.

What an exotic acft! Would be interesting to find out what its performance specs would have been if it had flown. But quite an intriguing looking bird.

Such a gorgeous aircraft. Impressive design for 1938. It is a shame it never flew. I am just glad to see it preserved.
