Crashed April, 19th 1944 while on approach to Port Hardy. The aircraft is hard to find as it lies on a hillside covered by a dense forrest. On the other hand that seems to be the reason that the wreckage is still in very good condition.

I too have a experience of being a old crash site. It was in the mountains, took me crowing a full hour. I felt the air has been frozen there since the crash happened. Local aboriginals kept telling me there's ghost around the site ...
