YV-O-INC-1 (cn 1062) At Puerto Ordaz airport lies this Canadair CL-215 with a uncertain future. It looks rather worse for ware for sure. Last year, near this location, lied a PBY Catalina, which since has been dismantled. Perhaps this aircraft will suffer the sad same fate? It is interesting to note that the venezuelan flag on the tail dates to previous to 2006. In that year the President Hugo Chávez controversially added the new star to represent the belated fulfillment to Simón Bolívar's 1817 decree
