Canada Aviation and Space Museum. This aircraft was built in 1937 and was operated by the Department of Transport until 1963, when it was presented to the Museum. The Department of Transport used the aircraft in 1937 to survey the proposed route of the Trans-Canada Airway. In that same year it performed the first same-day Montreal-to-Vancouver flight, with five stops along the way. (Canon 40D + 17-55 IS)
