Not only equipped with the unimproved runways kit (also note the vortex dispersers under the nacelles), but she's had a lot of gravel runway ops, from the look of the section aft of the wing, at the bottom of the fuse. Those aren't the striations associated with repeated hard or heavyweight landings, but strikes from rocks kicked up at rotation on an uninproved runway.

That's a grand old bird who's seen a lot of hard work. The DC-3 of jets.
